Shipping Policy
Free delivery, NZ-wide. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand. The price you see is the price you pay — GST is included and there are no surprise customs charges.
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times. Standard delivery is typically 7–15 business days, depending on the item and your location. Some items dispatch faster. Rural and remote NZ addresses may take a little longer.
Large & premium items. Bulky or high-value items (e.g. saunas, pergolas, awnings) are sent via freight and may have longer lead times, which are noted on the product page. Our team will keep you updated and arrange delivery details where needed.
Tracking. Every order is tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated within a few days, get in touch and we'll chase it up.
Digital products. Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email after purchase — no shipping required.
Delays. While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, some factors (couriers, customs, peak periods) are outside our control, so timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.
Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, but we'll always do our best to help.
Lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
