By using this website or purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing: All prices are in NZD and are shown excluding GST; GST (15%) is added at checkout. If a pricing/display error occurs we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders: Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline. You'll get an email confirmation when accepted.

Shipping & delivery: Free delivery NZ-wide. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns & your rights: Your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 2010 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to all purchases. You may also return eligible items within 30 days of delivery via our returns process. Certain premium items carry a restocking fee, noted on the product page.

Intellectual property: All site content is owned by or licensed to The Kiwi Crate and may not be reused without permission.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased; nothing limits your rights under NZ consumer law.
